Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using ThumbLion ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any feature of ThumbLion, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

ThumbLion provides AI-powered tools for YouTube creators, including thumbnail analysis, title generation, description generation, tag generation, thumbnail downloading, and competitor channel monitoring. Features and credit costs may change over time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activity under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent credit limits is prohibited.

4. Credits and Payments

• Access to AI-powered tools requires credits, purchased in packages (monthly or lifetime).
• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• Unused monthly credits do not roll over to the following month unless specified in your plan.
• All prices are shown in USD and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 14 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or sexually explicit content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Use automated scripts or bots to consume credits or access features.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

The ThumbLion brand, logo, website design, and proprietary algorithms are our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

You retain full ownership of any images you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Analysis results, scores, titles, descriptions, and tags generated by our AI tools are provided for informational purposes only. They represent probabilistic outputs and do not guarantee any particular outcome — including click-through rate improvements or channel growth. Results may vary and should be treated as suggestions, not professional advice.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers including AI analysis services, Stripe (payments), and others. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability or practices.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThumbLion and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

11. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your unused credits are forfeited unless otherwise required by applicable law.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Closure does not entitle you to a refund of unused credits except as described in our Refund Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction, depending on your location and applicable consumer protection laws.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email for material changes. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
